dripping blood nail art

We are getting Halloween inspired today with this
creepy dripping blood nail art!

For this look, we used Essie's:
Carry On
White Page

To achieve:

It's very easy to do! Simply paint your white base coat. When
dry, get a decent amount of red onto the tip of your nail. Using
a pointed object (we used a safety pin) drag the excess paint
down your nail for a drip effect,

Happy Halloween!

10 times Lauren Conrad nailed Halloween

Oh, Deer!

How fun is this? Whether you are looking for a group costume,
or even just an individual, we love how she makes woodland
creatures look tres chic!

Toothfairy

This costume is easy, and can probably be done in a pinch!
Throw some tulle over a sleeveless dress, voila!

Mermaid

There are few words for how fantastic, and realistic this
mermaid costume is. Nailed it.

Brittany Spears

Yes. Talk about a great last minute idea. Who doesn't
have these items on hand? Pleated skirt, white button down,
and knee socks and you are golden.

Minnie Mouse
Even if you don't have a polka dot dress on hand, Conrad
shows us here, that you can fanagle a Minne Mouse-esque look
with a combination of red and white.

Ghost

Every girl has a white dress, or neutral. All you need
is an oversized bow and some washed out makeup!

Mary Poppins

We love this costume inspired by one of our
all time favortie Disney movies.

sweater dress

One of our favorite things about chillier weather
has to hands down be chunky sweaters. A good
sweater is hard to come by for us, we like ours a little
oversized so we can pair them with tights or leggings
to pull off a sweater dress. This magnificent
sweater was found at Savers. Savers has become
our one-stop-shop if you will for sweaters this year.
We have been having really good luck in the mens
racks!

about ¼ inch thick. Using a knife,
cut out the cored of your apples into 2 ring.

In a medium sized bowl mix together your flour, baking powder, salt,
cinnamon and sugar.the in a small bowl combine your milk and egg.
Mix your egg and milk mixture into your flour mixture.
Taking a couple of apple rings at a time, dip them into
your batter mixture until fully coated. Lift the ring from
the mixture and allow them to drip excess batter.
Then, transfer your batter covered ring over to your
preheated oil.
allow to cook for a couple minutes or so,
making sure to flip once one side is a golden
brown color, until each side is golden brown.
Remove from oil and place on some paper towels to drip excess oil off.

In a third bowl combine your cinnamon and sugar

Enjoy!

These apple rings are really good dipped
in maple or chocolate syrup, but you can
get creative with your flavors!
